The exercises can be conducted by following the audio instructions provided, and users can choose the voice from their preferred guided meditation narrator for each exercise. Want to follow your growth? Your profile tracks your progress over time. Prefer chatting? AIMEE’s chat bot analyzes the user's audio and replies to the user based on the user's emotion, and also provides meditation suggestions.
